Associated Services is celebrating the retirement of our San Leandro branch Route Supervisor, David Ananian. David started his journey with Associated Services in September of 1985 as part of an acquisition of Imperial Coffee and has held positions in both Service and Route Relief before settling in as Route Supervisor.

David Ananian has probably been to every one of our customers in San Francisco and the East Bay. If our office staff had questions, or needed an emergency order of supplies delivered to a customer, David was always willing to help either by taking care of it himself or coordinating to make sure the request was handled.

David said one of the things he enjoyed the most about Associated was how we are all one big family, and some of his favorite memories were of the birthday celebrations we held (and of course the cake!). And in David’s kind words he said that he most definitely would recommend Associated Services as a place to work because it is the best place in the world to work.

Here are a few things about David Ananian that some people may not know. He married his high school sweetheart Diane, and they are still together; you don’t hear that every day! He has two sons and two granddaughters who keep him very busy.  And, several years ago, the family began a party supply rental business which is still going strong.

Great Job David. You were well loved and appreciated for your hard work and dedication. You took such pride in your work and it never went unnoticed. We thank you for your 31 years of dedicated service and commitment to each customer. You will always be a part of the Associated family. We wish you a happy retirement.
