Bellwether Farms

Bellwether Farms is a family owned and operated creamery in Sonoma County. They pride themselves on their cheeses and yogurts which have been featured in The New York Times, Martha Stewart, and Sunset Magazine.

About Bellwether Farms – Bellwether was an adventure started by a woman, Cindy Callahan, in the 80’s and has grown to be a fulfilling and hardworking family business ever since. Cindy’s son, Liam, was studying at UC Berkeley when he started working at the farm and it quickly became both his passion and career. Liam and his wife Diana are both heavily involved with the family business – Liam works to make every pound of product produced by Bellwether Farms and Diana leads the logistics side of the business. Their passion for this business is so evident in the end result – delicious cheese and yogurt.

The initiative is called Farmlevel because they want to open the line of communication from the farmer to the barista, and make sure every person that is part of the process is getting recognition for their work.
