Hi Everyone! I am excited to be sharing with you some health focused tips to incorporate into your daily routine and snacking habits.

For July, let’s focus on developing healthy routines that will help us ease into the days of summer. Below are a few of my habit-forming recommendations with the corresponding snacks to help you along the way!

Plan Meals & Snacks Ahead

Prepping a meal ahead of time is key to making sure you are nourishing your body for the day ahead of you! Some easy grab-and-go snacks that support this habit are:

  • Baby carrots & hummus
  • Yogurt with granola
  • Protein bars (Kind, Bounce, Go Macro)

Infuse Sparkling Water Throughout the Day

If you can, try to steer clear from quenching your thirst with empty calories. Reach for a hydrating sparkling water and add some fruit or herbs to it for added benefits!

  • La Croix, Crystal Geyser, Bevi
  • Add-ins: Grapefruit & thyme, strawberries & blueberries, lemon & lime

Set Aside Time Early in the Morning

The start of the day is so important for your cognitive abilities! Start your day with positivity and endorphin releasing activity if you can find the time. Post-workout and meditative snacks:

  • Avocado toast with a hard-boiled egg
  • Banana and Justin’s peanut butter
  • Crunchamame Edamame puffs

And Most Importantly…

Stay present this Season!

Enjoy the summer and know that health is a journey – find your own balance and do not stress over perfection. Celebrate your own little wins and the health-focused habits that you are forming!
