As we’re easing out of what has seemed to be a never-ending summer in the Bay Area, we’ve found that the holiday season is right around the corner. Finally, we’re starting to feel a cold bite in the area, that morning cloud cover is lasting a little longer, and cold and flu season is knocking on our door. In an effort to avoid the not so fun traits that come with this seasonal sickness we have listed out a few of our superstar offerings that offer immune building help!
Hydrate Your Body
Make sure to keep yourself hydrated as hydration helps your immune system function more efficiently. We encourage doing so by drinking our newest addition, Maple Water.
Always Choose the Most Colorful Fruits and Veggies
Powerful antioxidants, flavonoids, carotenoids, and vitamin C are all rich in colorful fruits and veggies such as citrus, kale, spinach, blueberries, and beets. We recommend getting these benefits from our Good Use juices.
Use Anti-inflammatory Spices
